These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Well Dog Hub platform and to the purchase and use of digital courses, resources, memberships, live online sessions and related content provided by Shaping Dogs.
Last updated: July 2026
Well Dog Hub is the online course platform for Shaping Dogs. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shaping Dogs, and “you” refers to the person accessing or purchasing from Well Dog Hub. You can contact us at hello@shapingdogs.com.
Well Dog Hub provides educational information about canine wellbeing, behaviour, movement, life skills, fitness, comfort and related topics. Our content may include videos, written materials, downloadable resources, worksheets, live or recorded sessions, discussion areas and other digital learning materials. We may update, improve, add to, remove or restructure course materials from time to time where we reasonably consider this helpful or necessary.
Our content is provided for educational and information purposes only. It is intended to help owners and professionals make more informed observations and decisions about canine wellbeing. Our content is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment, physiotherapy, clinical rehabilitation, behaviour veterinary care, emergency care or individual professional advice. Unless we have entered into a separate written agreement with you for one-to-one services, your use of Well Dog Hub does not create an individual trainer-client, behaviour-client, rehabilitation-client or therapeutic relationship. If your dog is unwell, in pain, has a change in behaviour or mobility, has sustained an injury, is struggling with exercise, or you have any concern about their health, you should seek advice from your veterinary surgeon before implementing information from Well Dog Hub.
You are responsible for deciding whether any information or exercise is appropriate for your dog, your household and your circumstances. You agree to use common sense and stop any activity if your dog appears uncomfortable, distressed, lame, unusually tired, fearful, reluctant, painful or otherwise unwell. You agree not to use Well Dog Hub as a way to avoid seeking appropriate veterinary or qualified professional advice.
You may need to create an account to access purchased content. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Access is for the individual purchaser only unless we state otherwise in writing. You must not share your login, copy course content for others, or allow others to access your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us promptly.
Prices will be shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already completed. Payment must be made through the payment options available at checkout. Access may be withheld until payment has been received successfully. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.
Courses and digital products on Well Dog Hub are digital content. Where you purchase digital content and request immediate access during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access to the digital content begins.
Once access has been provided, refunds are not available simply because you change your mind, decide the content is not suitable for your needs, do not use the course, or no longer wish to continue, except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law.
Because our courses are digital products, refunds are not normally available once access has begun and you have agreed to immediate access and loss of your cancellation right, except where required by law.
Some products may include live sessions, Q&As, discussion spaces or community areas. These may be recorded and made available to participants unless we state otherwise.
We cannot guarantee that every question submitted will be answered, particularly where questions require individual veterinary, behavioural or clinical assessment.
You must not share personal, sensitive or confidential information about other people without their permission. You should also avoid sharing information that identifies someone else’s dog, client or household unless you have permission to do so.
We may moderate, remove or decline to answer content that is inappropriate, unsafe, disrespectful, misleading, outside scope or unsuitable for the learning environment.
Well Dog Hub is intended to support kind, evidence-informed, welfare-centred learning. You agree to engage respectfully with us and with other learners.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access where someone behaves abusively, harasses others, shares harmful advice, promotes aversive or unsafe practices in a way that undermines the learning environment, infringes intellectual property, or otherwise breaches these Terms.
All course materials, videos, worksheets, handouts, downloads, text, graphics, recordings and other content are owned by or licensed to Shaping Dogs unless otherwise stated.
When you purchase a course or access a resource, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that content for your own learning.
You must not copy, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, upload, teach from, adapt, publish, lend, screen-record or otherwise exploit our materials without prior written permission.
Professionals may apply their own learning in their work, but must not reproduce our materials, frameworks, handouts, videos or resources as their own content.
Where downloadable resources are provided, they are for your personal learning and use only unless we expressly state otherwise. You may print resources for your own use. You must not remove copyright notices or branding.
We aim to provide reliable access to Well Dog Hub, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, platform changes, security reasons or matters outside our reasonable control. Zenler hosts the platform, so some technical issues may relate to services outside our direct control.
We may update or improve course content from time to time. We may also withdraw outdated content, replace resources or alter the structure of a course where reasonably necessary. Where a course is sold with a specified access period, we will aim to honour that access period unless your access is suspended or terminated under these Terms
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of income, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or losses arising from reliance on general educational information without appropriate individual professional advice.
You remain responsible for the safety, welfare and management of your dog and for seeking veterinary or other professional support where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales. If there is a conflict between these Terms and rights that cannot legally be excluded, your statutory rights will prevail.
If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us at hello@shapingdogs.com so we can try to resolve it promptly and fairly. Please include your name, the product purchased, the email address used for purchase and a clear description of the issue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
